1. The Personal Transformation Workshop (A Spiritual Journey of Self Discovery)

Life can be compared to a sailboat. You are the Captain of your sailboat.

If you do not know how to sail, then where you go is at the mercy of the wind. You have no control over the direction it takes you.

On the other hand, if you are a skillful navigator, you will be in full control and are able to go anywhere you choose, regardless of the direction of the wind.

The Personal Transformation Workshop is a well-structured course that provides you with that set of knowledge and skills to navigate your life. It forms the basis of your Transformation Work.

It facilitates your personal and spiritual transformation through:

  1. the understanding of how the universe works
  2. the role your mind plays in creations and experiences
  3. the resetting of your world views, beliefs and mindset to achieve your desired goals
  4. the befriending of your strengths and weaknesses
  5. the cultivation of your mind

In the workshop, we provide you a safe and conducive space for self exploration, self discovery and self actualization. We also provide you with tips, tools and skills to facilitate your transformation.

This is a workshop on self-discovery. It is an inner journey to understanding your thoughts and feelings, your beliefs, habits, fears and assumptions. It is a courageous look at the very heart of who you truly are and what motivates you. It is based on the philosophy that the truth will set you free.

This workshop is created and facilitated by Dr. Ong, the author of The Book of Personal Transformation, The Sage, The Five Fundamental Spiritual Truths and Daily Mindfulness for Personal Transformation.

2. Transformation through Emotions Workshop (Making Friends with your Emotions)

This is a follow-up and an advance level of the Personal Transformation Workshop. This workshop guides you through your emotional and mental landscapes, holding your hands as you navigate the choppy and often-time turbulent territory within your heart.

Here, we work on facing up to our fears, on forgiveness and on moving on towards a better and brighter future ahead. Skill sets include mindfulness training and letting go.

3. Embracing Life, Befriending Death Workshop

This workshop has two major goals:

  1. How to live a fulfilling life, and
  2. How to easy comfortably into our last journey in this life.

In this workshop, we look at what we need to live a fulfilling life, the importance of values, the kind of mental attitudes and skill sets we need to live happily. We also look at our fear of aging, dying and the dying process. We examine our unconscious and self-limiting beliefs that are preventing us from living a full life. We also look at end-of-life issues, advance medical directive and closures. In the end, we cannot help but also examine our spirituality.
